Delilah Spriggs was born in 1816 in KY. She was the eighth of twelve children born to Daniel and Sarah Throckmorton Spriggs. She married Lewis Radabaugh, son of Jesse and Elizabeth Arthur Radabaugh on January 31, 1836 in Jackson Co., OH. Lewis was born abt. 1817 in KY.Not much is known about Lewis and Delilah's lives. According to the bureau of Land Management they owned eighty acres of land in Jackson Co., Ohio in the year 1848.
Lewis was exempted from military service due to a "physical infirmity."
